Got here at 5:45 and was seated immediately! That waitress (Megan) was super nice and very knowledgeable. The place was quite and perfect for our anniversary dinner. The food was excellent and didn't disappoint. A previous review said this places food was comparable to cafeteria food, which is completely false. This place has great tasting food and at a price that is perfect. I would definitely recommend the guacamole and the quail great options

We came here for apps & stayed for dinner. The manager, Josh, was filling in behind the bar and we were so impressed! This man is an extremely talented mixologist & educator. We had two different High West whiskey drinks (local distiller) that were outstanding. We were introduced to their new signature drink called "Evageline," which was amazing & concocted with honey Gin, cassis vinegar, Lavender honey & topped with raspberry lemonade, YESSS! The strip steak was cooked to perfection & the quail was wonderful. Lots of unique things made in house. This is a great find & the service was fantastic.

It may be because we are at the Brass Tag towards the end of ski season, but our experience was far less positive than many of the other reviews posted. The ambience was lovely, and the service was friendly but somewhat slow given that the place was half empty. The food was fine, but nothing exciting. The young spinach salad was overdressed and the avocados were underripe (hard and flavorless). The side of sweet soy broccoli and mushrooms were also drowning in sauce--tasty but overpowering. The pork chop was slightly overdone but served in a tasty mustard sauce with nicely prepared acorn squash. We ordered two desserts, and this is where they really lost me. The bread pudding was overcooked (crunchy all the way through). We also ordered a chocolate chip cookie skillet that is served with two scoops of artisan ice cream. The skillet descriptor inspired visions of a large cookie platform smothered in ice cream. However, what came was a typical 3.5" cookie with two golf ball-sized scoops. The cookie and ice cream were both fine but unexceptional--in contrast to the $12 price tag which looked especially steep next to the actual serving that arrived at the table (yes, I know I'm in Park City where all prices are absurd--this was just egregious).

Pretty good continental breakfast. The bacon was good but it was gone almost as soon as the brought it out. I miss the hard boiled eggs and the yummy yellow salsa they had a few years back. The salsa they have now has way too many onions in it. Everything else was great!

We visited The Brass Tag and were blow away with how friendly the staff where. Not only do they have awesome food but such an interesting heritage as well. ASK them about it! Here is a good write up on what to expect when visiting - whoneedsmaps.com/brass-t… Definitely worth a visit!

Had thanksgiving dinner here. Everything was lovely. The Rosebud cocktail was very girly and so delicious. The wait staff is well trained and friendly without hovernance. Being a local parkite I can be critical. But I am a fan.

Quiet, off season evening with quality food and service. Flavors were spot on but I suggest temperature request to be under what you are expecting. Over all a great evening.

My wife and I have been visiting Park City for 8 years. We consider ourselves foodies and, being from Las Vegas, we're a bit jaded. It's not often we encounter a memorable restaurant when we travel but The Brass Tag was that rare restaurant. I had the romaine salad with blueberries and kale. It was one of the best salads I've ever had! The Tandoori rubbed quail was exquisite as well. I'll admit that when I saw the menu, I was apprehensive as many of the dishes sounded, well, unique. However, the execution was outstanding. Every member of my family of 6 gave The Brass Tag a big thumbs which itself is a rare occurrence. The service was excellent and the prices were moderate by Park City standards.

Pork chop was AMAZING. Some of the best food in park city (we are local). They season their steaks far better than I can. You won't be disappointed.

This is an incredible new restaurant. They have not missed anything. It has incredible atmosphere. The service is top notch but what would you expect from a restaurant run by Deer Valley. The food is incredible. We tried every appetizer on the menu and they all were fantastic. For dinner I had the Tandoori Rubbed Quail which was delicious. The portions are reasonably sized, I believe in an attempt to be a larger Tapas type situation where you can share a few items. Which is worth doing, since everything I tried was amazing. The restaurant is located in the Lodges in Deer Valley, in lower Deer Valley. Just pull up to the parking garage and hit the button to call to the front desk and they will open the door for you.

I've been here a few times so far and tried probably half the items on the menu, plus a few specials, and all the food has been fantastic! (Including presentation...gorgeous!) My personal favorites from the standard menu are the soft pretzels (I don't even like mustard, but the dipping sauce is delicious), the duck flatbread, and the roasted Brussels sprouts. One time I went, the chop of the day was the best ribeye I've ever had (served with a choke-cherry compound butter)...yum!! And, if they happen to have the ahi tacos on special, get them. If you want a drink, I highly recommend the Stargazer; it's awesome, even if you're not a huge gin fan.

Typical DV food... Cafeteria QUALITY at a VERY HIGH price.... Quality was a little sketchy not worth the $$$$ much better places to eat as well as the manager seems like a punk. Asked him a question on the prep of an item and he had no idea what I was talking about.... Another DV long term employee that has never worked in a " real restaurant" THE DEER VALLEY WAY.... WTF.....

Needs a lot of work. I hope our experience here isn't indicative of their general level of service. (So poor it doesn't warrant details.) If so, this place won't survive except for the wayward Deer Valley guests who go simply because it's here. Certainly not worth anyone's time who has means of transportation. The food was nothing special.
